From Vermilion Twp Records

Westly Driver was elected supervisor of the 7th District April 5, 1841. He was sworn in April 10 by C.P. Judson.

April 24, 1844 Wesley Driver was appointed to the position of Supervisor to fill a vacancy in the Township offices.

The Cranberry Creek cemetery is not abandoned, though most of the graves are from the 1800's. There is a huge oak tree (about as big around as the one that was over James' and Lucy's graves) planted over Wesley and Ruth's graves.
