Funeral services will be held Wednesday (today) for Watson Beezley, 86, of Rt 1 Pierceton at 2 PM at the Harris-Troxel funeral home in North Webster. Mr. Beezley died at his home at 4:30 AM Sunday, Dec. 17, from complications.

He was born in Whitley County on June 1, 1881 to Paul and Mary (Cassel) Beezley. He had lived in this area all his life. He was united in marriage to Gussie Drake on February 16, 1907, who survives. He was a retired farmer.

In addition to his widow, other survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Robert (Maxine) Dietrick of Larwill, Mrs. Eugene (Gwendolyn) Dietrick of Lancaster, California, Mrs. Lloyd (Peggy) Rood of Pierceton and Mrs. Lillian (Donna) Predmore of Churubusco; three sons, Bernard, Thad and Jack all of Rt. 1 Pierceton; 11 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one brother, Paul of North Webster; and two sisters, Mrs. John (Sadie) Scott of north Webster and Mrs. Mae Stoner of Fresno, California.

Rev. Lewis Thomas will be in charge of the services at the funeral home and the burial will be in the Salem cemetery at Wilmont.
