    In Friendship on the 17th ult., Mr. Wait Clarke, 67 years of age, after a short illness of about a week. He was born in R. I. where he made a public profession of faith in Christ, and became a conspicuous member of the S.D. Baptist Church in Hopkinton, he subsequently removed to Preston, N. Y., thence to this town. He has left a widow and a number of children with a large circle of friends to mourn the loss. ...
