    3 Feb 1773: Inventory of Tho's Walker Late of Hopkinston [sic] Deceased: £456.11.6, by Tho's Mellen, Jacob Gibbs, Isaiah Rider.
    16 Feb 1773: Bethiah Walker Widdow of Hopkinton as administratrix of the Estate of Thomas Walker late of Hopkinton Cooper dec'd intestate.
    10 Mar 1778: Account of Bethiah Walker Adm'rx on the Estate of Thomas Walker late of Hopkinton, allowed. Balance to be divided to widow's thirds, double share to Sam'l Walker the eldest son, single share to each of other children [math on amounts given suggests there are two].
    14 Mar 1778: Division of real estate of Tho's Walker Late of Hopkinston Cooper Dec'd, to Mrs. Bethiah Walker Widow one third; remainder set off to Samuel Walker the Eldest surviving son, second son taking lands in New Hopkinton. Allowances for maintenance done given to widow, to Samuel and to David. Counter signed by Bethiah Walker, Samuel Walker, David Walker, John Nutt Guardian for Tho's Walker. 30 Mar 1779: Judge's decree distributes land with payments specified by Samuel to brothers David and Thomas.
    [From Case 23638: Thomas Walker 1778:]
    7 Mar 1778: "This may certify that Thomas Walker, son of Thomas Walker late of Hopkinston [sic] Cooper, dec'd (a minor, aged fourteen years on the 13th of Sept'r last past) hath made Choice of John Nutt of said Town Gen't, to be his Guardian." Bond given 10 Mar 1778.
