Will of "Thomas Temple of Framingham ... Yeoman", dated 4 Feb 1773, proved 23 Mar 1773, names wife Hephzibah ["all those Household goods and Chattels which shes brought to me at Marriage"]; sons Thomas, Hananiah, Josiah, Richard, Joseph, Jonathan, Ebenezer; daughters Sarah Temple and Phebe Temple. Son Josiah to be sole executor.
23 Mar 1773: Bond of "Josiah Temple of Cambridge Husbandman" as executor.
11 Dec 1782: Account of Josiah Temple, executor of estate of Thomas Temple late of Framingham Dec'd shows payments of legacies to wid'o Hepzibah Temple, Thomas Temple, Hannaniah Temple, Richard Temple, Jonathan Temple, Eben'r Temple, Moses Tucker & Sarah his wife, Gideon Newton & Phebe his wife, and to heirs of Joseph Temple.
