  • father said to have been slain in the army of Charles I
  • Aft 1653 settled on the bayside of Accomack County, present-day Craddock Neck. His home "Craddock" might be the same structure burned by the British during the Revolutionary War when it was owned by a descendant, Col. Thomas Teackle.
