Names [no mention of wife], son Henry Mellen; son Richard Mellen; daughter Mary Walker (the wife of Thomas Walker of Hopkinton); daughter Tabitha Whitney (the wife of Mark Whitney of Hopkinton); three sons of my Daughter Sarah Twitchel Dec'd. Sons Henry & Richard to be executors. In subsequent cases he and his brother Simon post bond for guardianship of their two younger siblings John and James.
