Thomas2 Gaskins (Thomas1) was aged 38 years in 1664. He married Sarah _____ who was granted administration on his estate 1 March 1675/6. Her sureties were Henry Mayes and Josias Gaskoyne. She married (2) John Pinkard and died within four years. On 21 Jan. 1679/80 John Taylor, Henry Mayse, Josias Gascoyne and Henry Gascoyne, in behalf of the orphans of Thomas Gascoyne dec'd in a suit against John Pinkard, who had married the widow of Thomas Gascoyne, for custody of the five children of Thomas Gascoyne, were successful and the court ordered to be delivered to them.
