John, succeeded; iii. Thomas, d. young; Guy, in holy orders, m. Henrietta-Catherine, dau. of Rev. J. Kearney, D.D., by Henrietta his wife, dau. of Hon. and Rev. Henry Brydges, brother of James, Duke of Chandos, and had a dau., Henrietta-Catherine, m. to Joseph-Chamberlayne Chamberlayne, Esq. of Maugersbury; and v. William. The 2nd, but eldest surviving son and heir,
John Fairfax, Esq. of Steeton and Newton Kyme, m. Jane, dau. and co-heir of George Lodington, Esq. of Bracebridge Hall, co. Lincoln and was s. [survived] in 1811 by his son, Thomas Lodington Fairfax, Esq. of Steeton and Newton Kyme, b. 1770.
