This being my last Will and Testament being weak in body but of Perfect Memory & c.
First of All I bequeath to my beloved Wife Martha Allison the third part of my Whole Estate all Household Furniture. Likewise a young May Mare Free?. Also A Negro by name Peter during her Widowhood/ Afterwood to be sold and Equally divided among the Children.
Also to my two Sons Richard and Thomas Allison All my Lands to be divided Equally between them the Entered Land to be deeded out of the Stock.
To my two Daughters I bequeath that is to Naomi & Ann Allison 1,500 pounds each, the Negro Wench and her Children likewise the stock to be sold by publick Vendue and Divided Equally among the Children.
These particulars I pronounce to be my Last will before these Witnesses this 12 day of February in the year of our Lord 1780.
