Susannah Meador, daughter of Thomas and Sarah Meador, was born about 1659/60
In April 1662, Sarah Meador, widow of Thomas Meador the Young, declared her obligation to her three children. She promised them four years of schooling each (the norm was one year). To her daughter Susannah she gave a red cow called "Cherry" and her increase. At that time, Susannah was less than 11 years of age.
