Married Feb. 20, 1681, Ellen Veazie, born Jun. 3, 1659, died about Jun. 1722, dau. of William & Elinor (Tompson) Veazie. She Married 2nd Oct. 5, 1693 (Ch. Rec.) Joseph Crosby. He was admitted to full communion Nov. 15, 1674. Stephen Payne jr. was made freeman May 1678. He was in King Philip's War (Reg. Vol. 37)."
