    17 Sep 1811: Memorial of Stephen Barrett of Billerica in the County of Middlesex aforesaid yeoman that Stephen Barrett late of Billerica aforesaid gentleman deceased last dwelt in said County & within thirty days last past died intestate ... leaving a widow who has renounced her right to the said administration & your memorialist his eldest son who is eligible...". Bond dated the same date.
