19 Dec 1795: Return of commissioners: "There being six lawfull heirs to said Estate of the Deceased vizt Jonathan Barritt Simeon Barritt Stephen Barritt Benjamin Spaulding William Lock and Sarah Parker and it appears that they have all of them sold each one their Right in said Estate as was made plain to us by Deeds brought forward and Shown us at the time of apprizal vizt Zebulon Spaulding Purchased one Right of Benjamin Spaulding Nathaniel Dutton Purchased one Right of Sarah Parker and David Parker Purchased the other four Rights ... set off to Zebulton Spaulding ... to pay to Nathaniel Dutton ... set off to Nathaniel Dutton ... the Remainder ... set to David Parker".
