Beloved husband, father, businessman, chef, and raconteur. Entered into rest on January 28, 2009 surrounded by loving family. He resided at 4240 Fulton Avenue in Studio City, California at the time of his death.
A native of Sioux City, Iowa, he served with the US Navy in the Pacific in World War II. A past president of VJCC and a member of the Valley Jesters, he was a merchant and importer whose honesty and integrity earned him the respect of every associate. Stan's sense of humor and ability to tell a kind joke has endeared him to all, and his dinners were legendary. Alzheimer's took his memory, but never diminished his kind spirit or his sense of humor.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on February 2, 2009 at Eden Memorial Park in Mission Hills.
