The transcript of Sarah's will, probated 1819, Montgomery county shows that

  • Her husband was Charles Stapleton
  • She had a daughter Sarah who married David Willis (12)
  • SHe died about 1819.

This explains why Sarah, wife of David, is often said to have died in 1819. She lived on, and it was her mother Sarah who died 1819.
