    Sarah "Sally" Bean Cartmell

    Birth: Sep. 19, 1781
    Death: Feb. 7, 1830

    The second wife of Nathaniel, she was the mother of Mordecai Bean Cartmell (b.1808) and Martin; her only other child who lived pass infancy. She was the daughter of Mordecai & "Juda" (Hammond) Bean. Sarah & Nathaniel were wed by a Lutheran minister, the Rev. Christian Streit on April 23, 1807.
