    -June 30, 1684 Articles of Agreement by and between the Orfens of Mr. Samuel Wilson deceased at Pettequamscutt, we the above sd Orfens by and with the consent of Mr. Jereth Bull resent (resident) of the place aforesd who was left Executor in our Deceased Father's will unanimously agree as followeth touching the lands left by said Wilson to his posterity. We agree that our eldest brother, Samuel, shall inherit 3 lots to will 2 lots which was said Wilsons by virture of his first purchase and one he had of his father-in-law Tift. We also agree that what lands shall fall to our share besides shall be equally divided amongst us each to have share alike from the eldest to the youngest, Samuel having an equal share with us.     -March 15 1693/4 Indenture of Pertition made between the children of Samuel Wilson of Pettyquamscut Deceased who was one of the 7 Purchasers of the Lands of Pettyquamscut and these that Represent them for the several tracts of land in said purchase which fell to the said Wilson's share by Lott and remains to be divided among said Wilson's children viz: Thomas Mumford of said Pettyquamscutt as guardian to James Wilson and in his present and with his consent; Robert Hannah husband to Mary, Daughter of said Samuel Wilson; John Potter, Husband to Sarah, Daughter of said Samuel Wilson; and said Hannah and Potter in behalf of the Orphen Jeremiah Wilson, brother of said James Wilson, both sons of said Samuel. James Wilson got 548 Acres; Jeremiah Wilson got 548 Acres; Robert Hannah got 448 Acres; John Potter got 548 Acres. Signed: James Wilson, Thomas Mumford, Jeremiah Wilson, Robert Hannah, John Potter.     -Nov. 24, 1694 Agreement made between James & Jeremiah Willson both sons of Samuel Willson deceased named James & Jeremiah Willson were equal in heirship to the dwelling house & land. James for consideration of Jeremiah Willson his rights & interests to house did sell to Jeremiah 200 A of land within 600 A lot to the heirs of Samuel Willson deceased, 90 Acres allowed to John Potter.
