-June 30, 1684 Articles of Agreement by and between the Orfens of Mr. Samuel Wilson deceased at Pettequamscutt, we the above sd Orfens by and with the consent of Mr. Jereth Bull resent (resident) of the place aforesd who was left Executor in our Deceased Father's will unanimously agree as followeth touching the lands left by said Wilson to his posterity. We agree that our eldest brother, Samuel, shall inherit 3 lots to will 2 lots which was said Wilsons by virture of his first purchase and one he had of his father-in-law Tift. We also agree that what lands shall fall to our share besides shall be equally divided amongst us each to have share alike from the eldest to the youngest, Samuel having an equal share with us.
