    [9] Samuel Knox (Sylvanus, Sylvanus, Thomas) married Abigail, daughter of Maturin and Hannah (Hunt) Ricker.

    Both died quite young at Somersworth, leaving six children who, in one deed, conveyed their interest in their grandfather, Sylvanus Knox's estate to their uncle, Ebenezer Knox.
