Will of Samuel James

  • Pages 200-01. Will of Samuel James of Orange County and the Parish of St. Thomas, dated 14 Dec. 1754.
To loving wife Mildred James my whole estate during her life or widowhood, whom I appoint my whole sole executor.
In case she dies or marries, my loving brother Thomas James executor and my estate to be sold and divided equally amongst my children.
