Yesterday. morning the body of Samuel Chick, laborer, employed by Mr. L. Davis, orchardist. of Shepparton .East, was discovered in a sitting posture; on the floor of his hut, life having evidently been extinct for several hours. A post-mortem examination was made by Dr. J. . W. Florance, who discovered that death was due to internal growth, and perforation. A finding in accordance with the medical testimony -was returned by the deputy coroner, Mr. E. M. Little. Deceased was a widower, 85 years of age, . with three sons and one daughter living
