    Death of Miss Rubie Abbey ~~ Miss Rubie Abbey died at her home on Central Avenue at [illegible] o'clock Monday evening, July 18, aged 78 years. She was born at Arkwright but has made her home in Fredonia since 1884. She was a devoted member of the Fredonia Methodist Episcopal Church. She leaves two sisters, Mrs. H. a. Peirce of Fredonia and Mrs. Warren B. Hooker of New York.
