Wife Ruth (who was called late of Westerly deceased 23 Dec 1814).

Daughters: Rhoda Williams wife of William Williams (receipt dated 10 Feb 1804), Betsey or Elizabeth Noyes wife of Joseph Noyes Jr., Sally Babcock (who by 10 Feb 1804 was Sally Thurston wife of Jeremiah Thurston, Nancy Babcock (who by 16 Nov 1801 was age 14-18, guardianship; also on 1 Jan 1815 William Williams received his proportion in right of his wife Ann Williams.
On the same date the sons Rouse Babcock Jr. & Benjamin Babcock hand the daughters Elizabeth Noyes wife of Joseph Noyes & Sally Thurston wife of Jeremiah Thurston each received an identical amount with Ann Williams wife of William Williams. Neither Rhoda nor Nancy was mentioned; since Ann is often equivalent to Nancy it suggests that Rhoda is dead & her widower married her sister Nancy)
