FROM THE WILL OF ROBERT YELLAND DATED 26 FEB 1814. PROVED 15 OCT 1825:
In the Name of God Amen I Robert Yelland of the
Parish of Saint Stephens in Brannel in the County of
Cornwall Yeoman being weak in Body but of a Sound
mind memory and understanding, considering the
uncertainty of this life and the certainty of Death
do make this my last Will and Testament in manner
following. Hereby revoking all former Wills by me
made. First I recommend my Soul to Almighty God
and my Body to the Earth to be decently buried at
the Discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named.
1. I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary
   Richards one shilling to be paid by my
   Executrix in one year after my decease.
2. I give and bequeath unto my Son Thomas
   Yelland one shilling to be paid by my Executrix
   in one year after my decease.
3. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Honour
   Yelland one shilling to be paid by my Executrix
   in one year after my decease.
4. I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth
   Yelland one shilling to be paid by my Executrix
   in one year after my decease.
5. I give and bequeath unto my Son William
   Yelland one shilling to be paid by my
   Executrix in one year after my decease.
6. I give and bequeath unto my Son Robert
   Yelland one shilling to be paid by my Executrix
   in one year after my decease.
7. I also give and bequeath unto my Daughter
   Catherine Yelland one shilling to be paid by
   my Executrix in one year after my decease.
Also I give and bequeath unto my dear and
beloved Wife Grace Yelland her executors
administrators and assigns all my Lease hold
Estate, Goods, Chattles, Bills, Bonds, Notes,
Monies and Securityes of Money. And I do
make nominate and appoint my wife
aforesaid Sole Executrix of this my last Will
and testament In witness wherof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal the Twenty six
day of February one thousand eight hundred
and fourteen
