!FROM THE WILL OF GRACE YELLAND DATED 15 DEC 1826. PROVED 10 MAR 1827:
I Grace Yelland of the parish of Saint Stephens in Brannel
in the County of Cornwall Widow, being weak in Body but
of a sound mind, memory and understanding considerring the
certainty of death do make this my last will and testament
in manner following. Hereby revoking all former Wills by
me made, first I commend my Soul to Almighty God
and my Body to the Earth to be decaintly buried at the
discretion of my Executors
1st I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Richards the
    sum of Twenty Shillings to be paid by my Executors within
    twelve months after my decease
2   I give and bequeath unto my Son Thomas Yelland the
    sum of Twenty Shillings to be paid by my Executors
    within twelve months after my decease
3   I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Honour
    Bullock the sum of Twenty Shillings to be paid
    by my executors within twelve months after my decease
4   I give and bequeath unto my Son William Yelland
    the sum of Ten Pounds to be paid by my
    executors within two years after my decease
5   I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Catherine
    Yelland the sum of Four Pounds per year to be paid
    by my executors, as long as she shall continue unmarried
    and a Life or Lives on my Leashold Premises known by
    the name of Drinnick shall be living. also a bed furnished
6   Lastly I give and bequeath unto my two Children Elizabeth
    and Robert Yelland my Estate, Goods, Chattles, Bills, Bonds
    Notes, Monies and Securities of Money to be divided
    equally between them to share alike in and
    throughout all my Effects whatsoever as long as the
    aforesaid Elizabeth Yelland shall continue single
    and unmarried, but if she marry then the aforesaid
    Robert Yelland shall have all the Leashold Premises,
    and all the other Effects shall be equally divided
    as above mentioned. I do make nominate
    constitute and appoint my two Children aforesaid
    Sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament.

my hand and seal the fifteenth day
of December one thousand eight hundred
and twenty six
