Robrecht I of Namur (d. before 981), became count of the Lommegau in 946. His origins are unknown. Robrecht positioned himself independently against the archbishop Bruno the Great, who was also Duke of Lotharingia. Robrecht put aside Bruno's edict that required him to demolish the defenses he had built without permission from the duke. The identity of Robrecht's wife is unknown. He was father of:

    On ne connaît rien de ses origines. [!!!!]
    L. Venderkindere a émis l'hypothèse que Robert soit petit-fils de Bérenger par sa mère. La Vita Gerardi abbatis Broniensis précise que les descendants de Béranger continuèrent à tenir le comté de Namur, mais l'absence des prénoms de Berenger et de Régnier laisse penser qu'il s'agit plutôt d'une descendance collatérale.
