In the Name of God Amen. I Robert Tureman being sick and weak but of perfect sense and memory do make this my last Will and Testament ...
I give to my Daughter Susanna Tureman one negro girl named Moll ... and in case my daughter Susanna Tureman die without heir the said Negro girl is to fall to my Daughter Ann Tureman ...
Item I give to my Son George Tureman two hundred acres of land ...
after the death of my Wife Ann Tureman to whom I lend the sd land until her decease.
Item the rest of my Estate to be equally divided between my four youngest children Vizt. George Tureman, Ignatius Tureman, Ann Tureman and Robert Tureman.
Lastly I constitute and ordain my loving Wife Ann Tureman and Mr. William Booten Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
In testimony whereof ... this Seventh day of (blank) 1753.
N.B. If either of my four youngest children die before they are one and twenty years I give their part or parts of my estate to my Daughter Susanna Tureman.

At a Court held for County of Culpeper on Thursday the 21st of February 1754
This last Will and Testament of Robert Tureman decd was proved by the oath of ... witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded and William Booten one of the Executors therein named renounced the burthen thereof And at a Court held for the said County on Thursday the 15th day of August 1754 the said Will was proved by Ann Tureman the Executrix and on her motion Certificate is granted for her obtaining a Probat thereof in due form she having given security as the Law directs.
