Richard K. Casey was born in Taxarkana, Texas on 17 March 1895. He married Ethel Bross on 1 May 1916. He was an oil broker and about 1925 he moved the family to Midland, TX. Richard was killed in an auto accident in El Paso, Texas on 8 December 1928.
