   Reuben E. Bowser, 69, died suddenly Oct. 4, 1977, at his home, in  Meyersdale.   Born in Meyersdale, he was a son of the late E. M. and Tracie (Hoffman) Bowser.  He was married twice and both wives, Edith (Wengard) Bowser and Bessie (Beals) Bowser, preceded him in death.  Mr. Bowser was owner-operator of Bowser Market and was a member of Amity United Church of Christ, Meyersdale American Legion and BPO Elks Lodge. Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Robert Lorenzen,Salisbury.  Funeral services were held Oct. 6 at the Leckemby Funeral Home with Rev. Lloyd Sechriest officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
