" R.S. Topper

Truro, Feb. 23 - Many friends throughout Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island will regret to learn of the sudden passing at West Hartford, Conn., of R.S. Topper. Mrs. Topper is the former Hazel Clay, a daughter of Mrs. Grace Clay, 41 Pleasant Street, Truro, and for some time resided in New Glasgow. The funeral for the late Mr. Topper will be held from his home at Narrows, Virginia."
