She had moved to Portland OR between 1935 and 1943; believe they had divorced. Per Laurel's Story (1979), from Lyle Jones, 26 Apr 1997: She received her education in the Laurel schools and was married to Arther A., not F... He was in the grocery business in Laurel. Two children...Rachel later married E.C. "Dick" Goodenbour and they reside in Seattle WA. (1979). Dick Goodenbour was, at one time, manager of the J.C. Penney store in Laurel. (p. 498). p. 168, about the J. C. Penney Company: E.C. Goodenbaur was named the new manager in 1930 (until 1937).
