Says Elma died in late 1980s, Placerville, CA. Son, John Moore living in Placerville (e. of Sac.) Per Laurel's Story (1979), from Lyle Jones, 26 Apr 1997: Son name and birth date. p. 498: They left Laurel to reside in California. Received certified copy of death certificate, 8 May 1997, from El Dorado Co, CA. 11 May 1987. Died at Placerville Pines Conv. Hospt., ill for years with Alzheimers (Procosa?), no autopsy. Cremation, 13 May 1987, not embalmed, Cold Springs Crematorium, Placerville, CA. Informant, son, Jack Moore, 2904 Anderson Way, Placerville, CA 95667. Per Obituary, Mountain Democrat, May 13, 1987 (Rec'd 15 May 1997): A native of Montana, she had lived the past 19 years in El Dorado County and the past 65 years in California. Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Moore, in 1986. She is survived by a son, Jack E. Moore, of Placerville; three grandchildren, Greg, Kent and Tim Moore; and four great-grandchildren.
