    3 Jul 1735: John Holdin Stephen Holdin William Holdin and Jonathan Holdin all of Groton Yeoman; Simon Holin of Cambridge Blacksmith; William Lund of Dunstable Yeoman and Rachel his wife; William Green of Groton Yeoman and Hannah his wife; John Kemp of Grotn Husbandman and Sarah his wife for £216 convey to "our Brother" Nathanael Holdin of Gorton Yeoman any right in estate of our hon'd father Stephen Holdin late of Groton deceased set out to our honored Mother as part of her Dower [later "our honored Mother Hannah Holdin deceased"].

  3. The cited source has no estimated birth and the justification for the estimate given here, bef 1698, is presumably based on the date of marriage. Rachel is called the first daughter in the division of her father's estate, but since second daughter's Hannah's age at death gives a birth about 1707, this is not much of a constraint.
