    Children of Stephen Holden and Hannah Lawrence: 9) Benjamin, under 14 in 1715, died prior to 1746 "perhaps in the army in the expedition against the Spanish West Indies, 1740, or soon after his return home"; married Hannah Ockington.
    [Note marriage in 1728 suggest born by 1707. Given Jonathan "sixth son" b. 1703 and Hannah b. 1707, per this source, Benjamin's birth is probably about 1705.]
