  3.   There are three death records for a Prince Turner. The one cited clearly goes with this Prince as Rebecca remarried in 1804.

Another one is for a Prince Turner who d. 1802, a. 85, so born about 1717. He is too young to be a grandfather. However, since there are two Simeon Turners born in Scituate in 1724, one of them presumably being Prince's father, the co-location of this older Prince in Harvard suggests a relation, and hence is useful in identifying Prince's father Simeon as the son of Nathan (assuming he is the Prince b. 1716 this would make him Simeon's older cousin, Nathan's nephew).

The third death record is "Capt. Prince" Turner, d. 1818, a. 47. The title "Capt." and the age 47 at death both match the cited death record, so potentially this is a corrupted duplicate that should say 1800? With the 1818 date, the birth would work out to about 1771, and no birth of a Prince Turner is found in Harvard or elsewhere at that time. However, the birth of Luther that is recorded in Harvard, to Prince and Rebecca in 1775, over 8 months prior to the marriage of Prince and Rebecca Keep, raises the possibility that Luther and this last Prince are children of the older Prince? This seems unlikely as it is possible Luther's birth was simply misrecorded, but the identity of the older Prince's wife is currently not known, though his death record indicates he was a married man, and when he moved to Harvard is not known, so the birth may have occurred elsewhere. So this remains a mystery to be figured out.
