Second, on p. 282, he wonders if a different Polly Conant, b. 1804, was the one who married Rufus Wheelock. That he was correct on p. 280 is shown by the age of Rufus' wife in the 1830 census (over 40 so born before 1790) or 1840 (over 50). Also, see the deeds cited below which show Polly as a heir of her mother's brother Jesse Gale.]
