    The will of Phebe Waterman of Providence, widow of Nathan Waterman, gave to granddaughter, Mary Waterman, land in Providence, the same that was "conveyed to me by my Daughter Susan Jackson and her husband Richard Jackson," and if she die without issue, the land to go to another granddaughter Susan; daughter Susan and her husband Richard Jackson to be executors; dated 12 July 1762, proved 4 Feb. 1763.
