Priest, 66, of Benzonia, died Monday at his home on Homestead road. Funeral services were held Wednesday at Bennett funeral home in Benzonia, Rev. John Gehring officiating, with burial in the Benzonia Twp. cemetery He was born Oct. 25, 1901 at Hartford, the son of Mr. & Mrs Saul Priest, had been a Benzie county resident for many years, and was employed by the Ann Arbor carferry service prior to his retirement a year ago. Surviving are; the widow Grace; eight stepsons, Donald and Harry Priest of south Milwaukee, Wis. Erwin Priest of Bellevue, Benjamin Priest of Mt. Morris and William, Loyd, Thomas and Charles Priest of Beulah; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Dorothy Corwin of Mt.
