Olive's obituary reads, "Falls. Miss Olive M. Falls, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan M. Falls, 535 West Wayne street, died at the home of her parents at 11:30 Monday night, after an aillness of several weeks. Besides the parents, one sister, Mrs. Calvin K. Rieman, of this city, survives. Friends have been asked to omit flowers." [The Fort Wayne Daily News, Tuesday 2 February 1915]

She is buried at Lindenwood Cemetery in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
