George's obituary reads, "Yesterday at Grand Rapids occurred the death of George Falls. The remains arrived in this city at noon today and were conveyed to the residence of Daniel M. Falls, father of the deceased, at the corner of Wayne and Fulton streets. Death was caused by fatty degeneration of the heart. The deceased was twenty-eight years old. He went to Grand Rapids recently to work, and while there lived with his brother. The funeral will take place at 10 o'clock from the residence of his parents." He is buried in Lindenwood Cemetery in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
