  • Vol. 1 - FEBRUARY, 1749 (A). - Nicholas Gibbon vs. John Scull.--Debt for £30 "proclamation money" on bond dated 1st May, 1746. I, John Scull, of County of Gloucester and Province of New Jersey, to Nicholas Gibbon, of County Salem, New Jersey. "Defendant is a young man from Salem in ye Jersey." Writ dated 18th December, 1747.
  • Vol. 1 - MARCH, 1756 (B). - Gibbons vs. Brown.--Nicholas Gibbons (bens), Esq., assignee of Ann Grant, complains of Henry Brown, otherwise lately called I Henry Brown, of Mannington, in the County of Salem, in the Western Division of the Province of New Jersey, Yeoman. Bond to Ann Grant, dated 1729, 5th June. Process issued 3d November, 1753, and returned executed, and Henry Brown, Jr., and Isaac Taylor, bail.
