NICHOLAS J. FRANKART A Solemn Requiem Mass will be offered Thursday, 9:30 a.m., in St. Wendelin's Church, for Nicholas J. Frankart, age 71, Rural Route 1, who passed away early this morning, March 24, 1958, following a three months' illness. He had been a farmer all his life. Mr. Frankart was born in Bascom, OH, January 23, 1887, the son of John and Margaret (Gosche) Frankart. He married the former Sarah Conroy in St. Wendelin's Church, April 27, 1916. He remarried in St. Aloysius Church, Chicago, April 9, 1918, to May Burkart. He is survived by his wife; four sons, Edmond, Bloomville, Carl, New Riegel, Clair and Alvin, both of Fostoria; four daughers, Mrs. Joseph Wank, Tiffin, Louise, Bernice and Blanch, all at home; 14 grandchildren; two brothers, Dominic and Florian, both of Fostoria; three sisters, Mrs. Ed Bouillion and Mrs. Charles Bouillion, both of New Riegel, and Mrs. Jesse Miller, Johnston, OH. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Sarah, two sons, and five brothers. He was a member of the St. Wendelin Holy Name Society. Friends may call after Tuesday noon. The Rosary will be said at the Foos-Sullivan Funeral Home, Wednesday, 8 p.m. Buriel will be made in the parish cemetery.
