    Nellie shows up at age 5mo on the 1870 census with Cyrus & Malinda. I feel sure she is the daughter of his sister Ellen Foster & Richard Ikens. Ellen died in Feb of 1870 leaving 2 daughters. Malinda & Cyrus had just lost their own daughter. They raised Nellie & they they raised her daughter Merle. The Websters in Ingham county came to Clarendon to visit Cyrus & Malinda & Nellie & Merle.
