Family records for Nathaniel Seaver and his children were obtained from notes made by C. White found in the William Blake Trask manuscript at the New England Historical and Genealogical Society, based on records from the First Parish Church in Brookline. Nathaniel Sever of Brookline died testate having written an undated will, which was proved on 18 November 1768 (Suffolk County (MAssachusetts) Probate Records, Volume 67, Page 109). The will names his wife Sarah as Executrix. The heirs named included:
The Witnesses were Wm Ackers, Hannah Stevens, Benjn White. An inventory of the estate was prized at Brookline 8 Dec 1768 by Wm Ackers, Benj White, and Nehemiah Davis. The Lands & buildings were valued at £1,098; The Chaise and Tackling were appraised at £4 &c. Sarah Seaver executrix, presented the inventory on 10 March 1769 (Volume 67, Page 198). References
