Disambiguation

Some researchers have placed Nancy Kinkead as the daughter of William "The Stiller" Kinkead (1738/39-1820) and Eleanor Gay, but this appears to be unfounded, as their daughter Nancy was several years older and married Alexander Black in 1786. Additional research is needed to prove her parentage.
