Moses Penn died in 1774. He wrote a will Aug 3, 1774 and it was probated Oct 3, 1774 in Amherst County. In it Moses names: brother Phillip Penn, Parmelia Penn daughter of his brother Gabriel Penn, George Penn son of his brother George Penn and his brother William Penn. He loaned William a slave for his journey through some of the southern states. Moses Penn also named his nephews Frank and Richard Lee and niece Nancy Lee.
