Broyles, Michael, entered service 1776 in Culpeper County, Virginia, where born June 1740; entered service 1778 in Western North Carolina (now Tennessee); granted Pension 1833 in Washington County, Tennessee; query letter in file states soldier died in 1833 & was son of Jacob Broyles/Broil, who died in Culpeper County, Virginia, 5/19/1763. R383.
