From Bob Mitchell: M. N. JACKSON's Will Probated January Term 1885 Minute Book D page 203: I, MEKINS N. JACKSON being in feeble health but of a sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make publish the following instrument as being my last Will and testament...First I do hereby appoint my Father ELISHA JACKSON my brother J. N. JACKSON and my brother in law W. P. WILLIAMS as Trustees or Executors...They are hereby empowered to sell any property that I die seized of... for the interest of my children...And as my children becomes of age or should marry they my trustees are authorised to make such ones advancement out of any thing belonging to my estate either in money or property... And when my youngest child becomes of age I want my trustees to divide my estate equally let it consist of money or property amongst all my children (children not named in will)... Signed... this the 18th day of December 1884 M. N. JACKSON Witnesses: R. W. SIMS R. N. RAINES
