  1. 51789
Mary Wilhite married Adam Broyles, son of Hans Jacob Broyles and Maria Catherine Fleischmann.

I have seen research the places Mary as a daughter of Conrad Wilhite and Elizabeth Broyles while other research places her as a daughter of Tobias Wilhite and Catherine Walke. Elizabeth Broyles was born circa 1738 and this Mary married Adams Broyles circa 1760, or earlier according to some dates given for her children, which would make it impossible for her to be a daughter of Elizabeth. Other reseachers indicate that she was not a Wilhite or Wilhoit. I have not seen any other research that indicates that Conrad had a daughter named Mary. My information indicates that the Mary who was a daughter of Tobias married Zachiarus Broyles. Still other researhers have indicated that Mary the daughter of Tobias married first Zachiarus Broyles and second Adam Broyles. This could be a possibility but I see no proof. The result of all of this is in my belief that there is no certainity of the parentage of Mary or definitive prove that she was a Wilhite or Wilhoit.
